Health Hub
The Health Hub is a free and confidential health and wellbeing service for young people aged 16–25. It provides access to information, support, and a sexual health nurse-led clinic.
What Does the Health Hub Offer?
The Health Hub provides information and advice on areas including:
- Health Checks: BMI, diet, nutrition advice, and more.
- Contraception: Free condoms, pregnancy testing, emergency contraception, and advice on other contraceptive services.
- Relationships and Family Support.
- Smoking Cessation Services.
- Drugs and Alcohol Awareness.
- Stress and Mental Health Advice.
How to Access the Health Hub
The Health Hub is available at each SRC campus. No appointment is needed – simply drop into the wellness room to connect with a nurse or Youth Engagement staff member.

If you’re unable to attend a clinic in person, or need to know when the clinic is on, you can access services via the C-Card Scheme.
