Nine local businesses recently completed the Level 2 Transform Tourism & Hospitality Skills program, delivered by SRC at Banbridge Campus. The program, running over five consecutive Tuesdays, provided participants with valuable skills to enhance their customer service and digital expertise.

Two workshops focused on improving customer service by covering topics such as understanding the customer service environment, managing complaints, and personal performance development. The remaining three workshops enhanced digital skills, with hands-on training in mobile content creation, podcasting, and Augmented/Virtual Reality (AR/VR).

Participants gained practical knowledge in creating engaging content using mobile technologies, learning to record and edit podcasts, and exploring how AR/VR can transform business experiences.

Feedback from Claire Geddis of Wild Shore Lough Neagh praised the course for its empowering and invaluable content, noting the excitement of creating a 3D video and entering the world of podcasting.
