Southern Regional College & The Boulevard Outlet Shopping Centre have recently collaborated to launch the ‘Boulevard Retail Academy’ training programme. This exciting partnership is an initiative to reduce staff turnover in the retail sector by investing in employees across the stores with a range of industry relevant accredited qualifications.
The Academy launched with employees across various stores completing a Level 2 World Host Customer Service qualification designed to provide the essential skills employees need to deliver excellent customer service in the retail sector.
Employees from across the outlet are planning to complete a series of Leadership & Management qualifications tailored to the retail industry in the new year.
Business Skills Manager Sylvia Moorhead stated ‘’ Southern Regional College is delighted to partner with the Boulevard to offer this inaugural Retail Academy. As part of the Retail Academy, Southern Regional College will deliver a variety of accredited training courses, bespoke for Boulevard retail managers and their staff to upskill and reskill, we are excited for the future!’’
