On Tuesday 21st January we were delighted to host Grow Together: Regenerating Our Borough at our Banbridge campus.
We welcomed our keynote speaker, Jilly Dougan from Yellow Door, who unveiled her approach to sustainable food production and culinary innovation. Jilly shared her invaluable insights on implementing regenerative practices and how homegrown ingredients can be used in the creation of her menu’s for weddings and corporate events.
Our panel of experts, including Stephanie & James Martin from Ballydown Milk, Vincent Grew from Kingsbury Wagyu, and Mervyn Steenson from Groucho's, delved into critical topics such as supply chain transparency, innovation, and collaboration. We also heard from International Synergies, who support businesses on their journey to Net-Zero and foster connections that drive the circular economy.
Thank you to Connected NI for funding the event. This was fantastic start to our Connected NI project on Regenerative Food.
