Six successful students completed the Assured Skills Welding Academy organised by Business Development Executive Aislin McKee. All participants gained a Level 2 Welding qualification and are participating in interviews with Dawson Manufacturing, Exact Engineering, O’Hare Steel, BM Steel and Alternative Heat hoping to gain employment.
The academy provided an excellent opportunity for those just starting out on their career journey, or for those wishing to retrain or return to the workforce, and it is providing a direct pathway to employment.
