Overview
The Yoga Recreational course is designed for individuals of all fitness levels and backgrounds who are interested in exploring the practice of yoga for relaxation, fitness, and overall well-being. This course is ideal for beginners or those with limited yoga experience who want to develop a solid foundation in yoga and experience the numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits it offers.
Throughout the course, participants will be introduced to the fundamental principles and practices of yoga, including asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation. They will learn how to move their bodies mindfully, cultivate breath awareness, and find inner peace through the practice of yoga.
Learners will also be encouraged to develop their own home practice, using the exercises and postures you learn in the class.
