Overview
The OCN NI Level 2 Award in Managing Challenging Behaviour in Children and Young Adults has been designed to enable the learner to understand the reasons for and effects of challenging behaviour in children and young people and how challenging behaviour may be managed and what support is available.
This course is is designed for individuals working with children and young adults in various settings, including schools, youth clubs, and community organisations. This comprehensive course equips participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to understand, address, and effectively manage challenging behaviours.
