Overview

This course of these nationally recognised IT user qualifications are to:

Improve learners’ knowledge and understanding of IT
Develop skills to work effectively and efficiently using IT
Provide proof of IT competence
Allow progression to employment or further study

There are no formal entry requirements for this course, however basic IT skills are essential.

Modules include:

Security for IT Users.
Computer Essentials.
Using the Internet and Email.
Word Processing.
Spreadsheet Software.
Presentation Software.
Database Software.

This course is assessed through an exam at the end of each module.

Learners may wish to progress to other more advanced ICDL Modules.
