Overview
The Hospitality and Tourism Team Member Level 2 Traineeship is designed to provide individuals with the skills and knowledge required to start a rewarding career in the hospitality and tourism industry. This traineeship offers a valuable opportunity for individuals to gain practical experience, develop essential workplace skills, and earn a recognised qualification while working in a hospitality or tourism setting.
Throughout the traineeship, participants will learn about various aspects of the hospitality and tourism industry, including customer service, front-of-house operations, event planning, and tourism promotion. They will develop a range of skills that are essential for success in the industry, such as communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability. Participants will have the opportunity to apply their learning in real work environments, gaining valuable hands-on experience and building a strong foundation for their future career.
This traineeship programme will last for 2 years and will be delivered in College, in a working restaurant environment with state-of-the-art equipment designed around the needs of the local industry. College practice will be in line with the awarding body.
