Overview
The Cookery - Mediterranean Recreational course is a captivating programme that invites participants on a culinary journey through the diverse and vibrant flavours of Mediterranean cuisine. This recreational course offers hands-on experience in creating delicious and healthy dishes inspired by the culinary traditions of countries such as Greece, Italy, Spain, and Morocco. Participants will learn to prepare mouth-watering dishes that embody the essence of the Mediterranean diet.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the key elements that define Mediterranean cuisine: fresh and seasonal ingredients, simple yet flavourful cooking techniques, and a focus on wholesome and nutritious meals. They will discover the cultural significance of Mediterranean food and its reputation for promoting good health and well-being.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
