Overview
The Cookery - Italian Recreational course will introduce participants to the art of Italian cooking and immerse them in the flavours and traditions of Italian cuisine. This recreational course offers hands-on experience in creating authentic Italian dishes, allowing participants to develop their culinary skills and gain a deeper appreciation for the rich culinary heritage of Italy.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the essence of Italian cuisine, from its regional variations to its emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients. They will learn about the key elements that define Italian cooking, including simplicity, balance, and respect for tradition. Participants will also discover the cultural significance of Italian food and its role in bringing people together.
Master the art of making your own fresh pasta, sauces to accompany this and pizza from scratch.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
