Overview
The Cookery - Italian Dining Recreational course is designed to transport participants to the heart of Italy through its rich and diverse culinary traditions. This recreational course offers a hands-on experience in mastering the art of Italian cooking, allowing participants to create authentic and delicious dishes that capture the essence of Italian dining.
Throughout the course, participants will embark on a culinary journey through Italy's regions, exploring the diversity of flavours, ingredients, and techniques that define Italian cuisine. They will learn about the key elements of Italian cooking, including the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients, the importance of simplicity, and the art of balancing flavours.
This course will provide students with the knowledge and hands-on experience to create Italian dishes including fresh pasta, sauces to accompany and pizza from scratch.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
