Overview
The Cookery - Fish Recreational course aims to inspire participants to explore the diverse and delicious world of fish cookery. This recreational course offers hands-on experience in selecting, preparing, and cooking various types of fish, allowing participants to develop their culinary skills and confidently create flavourful and healthy seafood dishes.
Throughout the course, participants will delve into the fundamentals of fish cookery. They will learn about the different varieties of fish, their flavour profiles, and the best cooking methods to bring out their unique characteristics. Participants will also discover the nutritional benefits of incorporating fish into their diet and gain insights into sustainable fishing practices and responsible sourcing.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the class.
