Overview
The Cookery - Curry and Thai House Recreational course will immerse participants in the vibrant flavours and aromatic spices of Thai and curry cuisine. This recreational course offers a hands-on experience in mastering the art of creating authentic Thai dishes and flavourful curries, allowing participants to explore the rich culinary traditions of Southeast Asia.
Throughout the course, participants will delve into the distinctive characteristics of Thai and curry cuisine. They will learn about the key ingredients, flavour profiles, and cooking techniques that make these cuisines unique. Participants will also discover the cultural significance of Thai and curry dishes, gaining insights into their history and regional variations.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
