Overview
The Cookery - Christmas Festive Food Recreational course is a delightful programme designed to inspire individuals to create delicious and festive dishes for the holiday season. This recreational course offers a hands-on experience in preparing a variety of traditional and contemporary Christmas recipes, allowing participants to immerse themselves in the joy of cooking and spreading holiday cheer through food.
Throughout the course, participants will explore the rich culinary traditions associated with Christmas. They will learn about popular holiday ingredients, traditional festive dishes, and modern twists on classic recipes. Participants will also discover tips and techniques for planning and organising a successful Christmas feast, including menu selection, time management, and presentation.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
