The Cookery - Bake Your Own Bread Recreational course is a fun and engaging programme for those who have a passion for baking and want to learn the art of breadmaking. This recreational course provides hands-on training in creating a variety of delicious and aromatic breads from scratch, allowing participants to indulge in the pleasure of baking their own bread at home. This course will teach students how to make loaves, both yeasted and sourdough and learn the methodology behind each process, from mixing, fermenting, shaping and proving through to the baking.
Each week students will be given a list of ingredients to bring to the class the following week. The additional ingredients cost is to cover the demonstrations throughout the classes.
