Overview
The Cake Decorating Intermediate Recreational course is designed for individuals who have some experience in cake decorating and are looking to further enhance their skills and expand their repertoire of techniques. This course is perfect for those who have completed a beginner-level course or have basic knowledge of cake decorating and wish to delve deeper into the art of creating exquisite and professionally finished cakes.
Throughout the course, participants will build upon their foundational cake decorating skills and explore more advanced techniques and designs. They will learn about advanced piping techniques, intricate fondant modelling, sugar flowers, and more elaborate cake designs. Participants will also be introduced to advanced colour techniques, cake structure, and cake sculpting.
